Is this a possible page layout? If so, I would have your beastie's first appearance be larger...maybe keep him in shadow then have a larger drawing on the next page. If this is just a sketch page with various shots the please disregard my comments...:)
Hey Rory, these are just doodles.. but I'll definately keep your suggestions in mind as I run through the many versions of the page before I find the one I can live with...
